Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, or a related function.
• Experience within P&C or multinational insurance organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements, regulatory filings, and state processes.
• Strong regulatory research skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of licenses, registrations, and renewals across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications, amendments, and regulatory filings.
• Research licensing requirements and regulatory statutes.
• Assist with regulatory approvals involving holding company transactions.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements for reinsurance and director/officer filings.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain tracking systems for licenses, submissions, and deadlines.
• Support licensing initiatives during acquisitions and expansions.
