Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in P&C insurance regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with state insurance regulators.
• Experience supporting market conduct compliance and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business processes, products, and procedures comply with insurance laws.
• Serve as SME on Workers’ Compensation regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise relevant teams.
• Support market conduct compliance strategies and audits.
