We Insure Group is looking for a Director, Insurance Licensing & Compliance to build and lead the licensing program across corporate entities, franchise entities, and acquired agencies. This role will establish a reliable view of who and what is authorized to operate and translate state requirements into auditable workflows.

The director will own licensing standards, verification, filings, and the system of record, partnering across HR, Franchise Operations, Finance, Technology and Data, M&A,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; active property & casualty producer license preferred.
• SILA Associate or SILA Fellow designation preferred or willingness to obtain credentials.
• 7+ years in progressive insurance licensing; multi-state experience; ownership of licensing programs.
• Experience with NIPR and licensing platforms like Sircon, AgentSync, RegEd, or Creative Compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise insurance licensing policy, procedures, and controls.
• Manage state-by-state licensing requirements including renewals, affiliations, CE, and appointments.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and franchise expansion licensing activities with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regulatory reporting, governance, and strategic guidance to executives.
