Raymond James Financial, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support for Financial Advisors, clients and branch staff in Novi, MI.

You will coordinate meetings, process client transactions, and maintain CRM records while delivering exceptional service. The role requires effective multi-channel communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training accepted by HR.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume client inquiries and schedule meetings via phone, in person, or virtually.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and the branch team.
• Process client transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and verify client and security information in databases.
• Ensure proper paperwork before submission and follow up to completion.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports to support servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with client-facing events and seminars.
