Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on insurance licensing and compliance experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health and Disability insurance.
• Experience processing licenses, appointments, renewals, and related regulatory transactions.
• Working knowledge of NIPR, NAIC resources, state Departments of Insurance, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on back-office licensing, appointments, renewals, and compliance processes.
• Provide responsive customer support via email, phone, and video.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and participate in onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, product, and support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
