Job summary

Agenzee, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Insurance Licensing Coordinator / Account Manager to join our SaaS licensing platform. This role combines licensing administration with customer success, onboarding, and account management, ensuring accurate licensing processes and excellent client experiences.

You will onboard new customers, conduct platform demos, and support agencies, carriers, and MGAs as they manage licensing and appointments through Agenzee.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance licensing in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health & Disability.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws, compliance standards, and licensing platforms (NAIC, NIPR).
• Experience onboarding, training, or driving customer success in SaaS or insurance environments.
• Exceptional communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the Agenzee platform to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
• Conduct demos for prospective clients and highlight platform value.
• Serve as SME on licensing and compliance during sales and client discussions.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide proactive customer service and be the main contact for assigned accounts.
• Communicate via email, phone, and video to train and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless handoffs between sales, implementation, and support.
• Track client satisfaction and contribute to retention and growth initiatives.
• Process new and renewal licenses, contact changes, and state appointments; verify status for agencies, carriers, MGAs and producers.
