Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Leadership Trainee to join a structured training program focused on developing insurance knowledge, sales skills, and long-term client relationships. No prior insurance experience is required, and licensing support is provided for Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing.

Qualifikationen

• Assist customers with auto, home, life, commercial, and specialty insurance products.
• Develop new client relationships through sales, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Build and maintain a growing client book of business.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and coverage options.
• Assist customers with policy changes and insurance-related questions.
• Participate in licensing, product, sales, and professional development training.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, industry developments, and regulations.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to achieve individual and team goals.
