Qualifications

• Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience in a service, sales support, or CSR role.
• Experience in fast-paced, call-driven or task-queue environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails, qualifying customer inquiries and determining eligibility for Internal Sales support.
• Verify customers are not working with a partner agent before providing service or routing requests.
• Respond to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, billing clarification and claim submission guidance.
• Process service tasks including uploading documents, requesting missing information, and responding to underwriting requests.
• Track outstanding client requirements and proactively follow up to resolution.
• Support onboarding and ongoing servicing workflows for new and existing policies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in CRM and internal systems.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day Internal Sales operations.
• Assist with improving servicing workflows, documentation standards, and internal processes.
