Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• Background in Personal Lines insurance and familiarity with customer databases or comparable technology.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
• Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology; attention to detail, multi-tasking, and customer service skills; strong written, verbal, and listening skills; analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and insurance databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences by supporting agents and policyholders.
• Navigate multiple applications with speed and accuracy to deliver top-tier service.
• Research solutions using computer-based resources.
• Maintain privacy and security in a paperless environment.
• Learn underwriting guides and apply them effectively.
• Review inspections and make risk decisions based on findings.
• Process acceptable risks and prepare required documentation.
