Orion180 Insurance Co. is hiring a Licensed P&C Insurance Agent – Inside Sales to join our fast-paced team. This on-site role focuses on quoting, closing, and earning commissions, with qualified warm leads and no cold calling.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, qualify and close opportunities, document interactions, and use HubSpot CRM along with MY180 quoting software to manage your book. Expect performance-based pay, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a dynamic insurer.

Qualifications

• Active Florida General Lines P&C license in good standing or ability to obtain license in Utah
• Willingness to obtain a Surplus Lines License within 60 days of hire
• 2+ years' experience closing personal lines P&C in a call center or direct-to-customer environment
• Track record of hitting volume-based quotas and knowledge of sales metrics
• Understanding homeowners' insurance coverages, deductibles, limitations, and exclusions
• CRM experience (HubSpot) and familiarity with quoting systems and multi-line product offerings

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance
• Qualify and close leads, focusing on warm inbound/outbound prospects with no cold calling
• Document all calls, quotes, and client details thoroughly
• Leverage HubSpot CRM and MY180 platform to manage the book and meet SLAs
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to policy volume, premium, conversion, retention, and accuracy
• Cross-sell additional coverages in line with underwriting guidelines
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Underwriting, Marketing, and Analytics to improve outcomes
• Contribute to a high-performing sales culture and knowledge sharing
