Orion180 seeks a Licensed P&C Insurance Agent for Inside Sales to join a fast-paced, on-site team in Draper, Utah. You’ll own the full sales cycle from quoting to binding, using warm leads and our MY180 platform to deliver a seamless client experience.

The position emphasizes quoting and closing, with uncapped commissions, no renewals or cold calling, and ongoing coaching. Requires active Florida General Lines P&C license or ability to obtain Utah license; Surplus Lines license within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed P&C agent with strong closing skills.
• Experience closing personal lines P&C in call center/direct-to-customer settings preferred.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and track metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own the Full Sales Cycle: from quote to policy issuance, guiding clients through coverage options and terms.
• Consult, Qualify & Close: engage warm leads, uncover needs, and steer to the right coverage.
• Document Thoroughly: capture calls, quotes, and client details in workflows and scripts.
• Leverage Tools: use HubSpot CRM and MY180 platform to manage book and meet SLAs.
• Meet & Exceed Goals: hit KPIs for policy volume, premium, and conversions.
• Cross-Sell Strategically: recommend additional coverages aligned with underwriting needs.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Analytics.
• Contribute to a Winning Culture: share practices and mentor teammates.
