Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a sales professional to handle inbound and outbound activity for small business accounts in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will discover client needs, propose insurance solutions and use CRM and AI tools to manage opportunities.

You’ll quote and bind policies, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive volume-based goals while ensuring accuracy and compliance. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of commercial insurance experience are expected; P&C licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify insurance solutions.
• Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI-supported platforms to manage leads and opportunities.
• Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience.
• Support volume-based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
