Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions.
• Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI‑supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities.
• Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience.
• Support volume‑based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
