Job summary

Gallagher seeks a proactive sales professional to join its commercial insurance team in Rochester, NY. You will handle inbound and outbound sales for small business accounts, conduct discovery calls, and recommend insurance solutions using CRM and AI-supported tools.

You’ll quote, bind, and support policies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Competitive base salary plus highly lucrative, uncapped commission and monthly bonuses offer strong earnings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.
• Preferred: exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

About You

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience
