Bridge Specialty Group in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You will engage retail agents, drive new opportunities, and support our sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes a 24-month training program to develop you into a superior insurance professional, focusing on increasing submissions, quotes, binders, and premiums over the phone.

Qualificações

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and an energetic phone presence.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
• Must obtain P&C license within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to drive new opportunities and convert leads to submissions.
• Educate customers on quoting platforms and services.
• Drive daily submissions goals and report results weekly.
• Review web and phone quoting activity to identify trends.
• Establish relationships with sales territory and participate in strategy discussions.
• Assist underwriters to place business and pursue professional development.
