Job summary

Hylant Group, Inc. is offering a Summer Internship Program for rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry.

Interns may support Talent, Marketing, or Administration, working with seasoned professionals on meaningful projects and learning about how the business operates. The program runs May 18–August 13, 2027, with opportunities to shadow and visit multiple Hylant offices nationwide, and eligible students may receive a $5,000 scholarship

Qualifications

• Rising junior, senior, or graduate-level standing at an accredited college or university, or graduated within the past seven months.
• Maintain an average GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work from one of Hylant's office locations nationwide.
• Availability to work from May 18-August 13, 2027, with some flexibility.
• Interest in a long-term career in insurance.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or part-time job recommended.
• Major in Risk Management and Insurance, Sales, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, HR, or Communications preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work for any U.S. employer; Hylant cannot provide H-1B visa sponsorship.

• This Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting a corporate business function at Hylant.
• Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop valuable business skills while gaining exposure to the operations that support our organization.
