Job summary

Robert Mazzaro Agency in downtown Indianapolis is hiring a full-time Sales Producer to help individuals understand insurance options and select coverage that fits their needs. You'll build relationships, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and contribute to growth in an in-office role.

The position emphasizes coachability, the ability to multi-task, and strong presentation skills, with a Property & Casualty license required and prior sales experience beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Develop quotes, make presentations, and close sales.
• Develop networking relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and dealers.
• Take premium payments and secure documents from customers.
• Answer calls promptly and maintain underwriting/compliance knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and generate new business from referrals.
