Job summary

MR Agency LLC is seeking an energetic insurance sales professional for a post-afternoon schedule (1pm–5:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will meet new clients, present insurance options, and close sales while delivering outstanding customer experience.

You will build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and auto dealers, follow underwriting requirements, stay current on products, and grow with a team dedicated to service and growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers.
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements and stay updated on products.

• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
