Gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to support daily agency operations and drive growth in Bartow, Florida. You will nurture relationships, identify client needs, and promote property, casualty, life and health products with a customer-first mindset.

As a full-time role, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and work with the team to meet sales goals. Training and licensing support are provided to help you advance professionally within the agency.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in inside/outside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.
