Job summary

Frost Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Development Associate I to help build relationships and develop product knowledge through hands-on learning with customer accounts. You will gain sales experience while understanding Frost’s relationship management process and culture.

You will participate in training, assist in proposals, renewals, and client appointments, and strive toward obtaining insurance licenses. Integrity, care, and excellence guide all interactions in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Or 4+ years in a sales environment with proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of insurance coverage and products through training.
• Assist producers and account managers in sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Prepare insurance proposals with coverage details and present to clients.
• Assist in client appointments to present proposals and renewals.
• Provide excellent customer service by assessing client needs and directing calls.
• Support plan renewals by reviewing expiration lists and collecting renewal data.
• Learn company submissions and market selection with the Agency.
• Work toward obtaining insurance licenses.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win‑win outcomes.
