Frost Bank FIA Insurance Development Associate I role focuses on building long-term client relationships while gaining product knowledge through hands-on learning and mentoring. You will support sales and proposals, present plans to clients, and assist with renewals as you pursue required licenses.

The position values strong communication, customer service, and a proactive drive to close deals within Frost’s trusted advisory model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a related field, or 4+ years in sales.
• Texas General Lines Agent License in Property and Casualty or Life, Accident, Health, and HMO, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of insurance coverage, industry research, and products through training.
• Assist producers and account managers in sales, marketing, and maintenance for new and existing insurance accounts.
• Prepare formal insurance proposals including coverage details and present to clients.
• Assist in appointments to present proposals and renewals and establish long‑term relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by assessing client needs and directing service calls.
• Participate in plan renewals by reviewing expiration lists and gathering renewal information.
• Work toward obtaining insurance licenses.
• Uphold integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve win‑win outcomes.
