Job summary

PrismHR in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Client Growth Manager, Insurance to expand adoption of PrismHR’s insurance, benefits, and advisory solutions within existing customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and skills preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, customer growth, consultative sales, account management, or related field.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other apps.
• Working knowledge of employer-sponsored benefits and roles of brokers, carriers, employers, admins, and technology providers.
• Experience with PEOs, ASOs, payroll service bureaus, benefit technology, brokers, carriers, or HR tech preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience with PrismHR, benefits enrollment tech, carrier connectivity, or insurance advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a targeted growth plan for PrismHR customers, prioritizing opportunities based on needs and revenue potential.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand current benefit offerings and growth objectives.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across advisory services, broker-of-record, and other insurance solutions.
• Lead partner and customer meetings to review opportunities, ownership, and next steps.
• Maintain records in Salesforce including outreach, needs, stage, value, and next steps.
