Job summary

PrismHR in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Client Growth Manager, Insurance to expand adoption of PrismHR’s insurance, benefits, and advisory solutions within existing customers. You will drive growth through discovery, outreach, advisory discussions, and coordinated partner engagement.

Collaborate with Benefit Sales Consultants and cross‑functional teams to move opportunities through quoting, contracting, implementation, and adoption, building trusted relationships with PEOs, ASOs, payroll service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and skills.
5+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, customer growth, consultative sales, account management, or a related field.
Experience in Salesforce, PrismHR, benefits enrollment technology, broker/carrier connectivity, or related HR tech preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a growth plan for PrismHR customers.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand current benefit offerings and objectives.
Identify and qualify opportunities across advisory services, broker‑of‑record, and other insurance solutions.
Lead partner and customer meetings to align stakeholders and advance opportunities.
Maintain complete opportunity records in Salesforce and coordinate handoffs to sales resources.
Stay current on employer‑sponsored benefits, market trends, and channel economics.
