Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a growth plan for PrismHR customers, prioritizing opportunities based on needs and revenue potential.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand current benefit offerings and growth objectives.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across advisory services and insurance solutions.
• Participate in strategic reviews and present growth insights and next steps.
• Maintain opportunity records in Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams for quoting and contracting.
