Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Client Growth Manager, Insurance, to expand adoption of our insurance, benefits, and advisory solutions within our existing customer base. You will drive consultative discovery, coordinate with Benefit Sales Consultants, and move opportunities through quoting, contracting, and adoption.

In this role, you will build growth plans for PrismHR customers, conduct discovery on benefit offerings, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance opportunities and resolve blockers.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a targeted growth plan for PrismHR customers, prioritizing opportunities based on customer needs and revenue potential.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand current benefit offerings, broker and carrier relationships, employee needs, and growth objectives.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across advisory services and insurance solutions.
• Participate in strategic business reviews and customer planning sessions, presenting relevant solutions and next steps.
• Coordinate handoffs to Benefit Sales Consultants for quoting, contracting, and adoption.
• Maintain relationships with PEOs, ASOs, payroll service bureaus, and other PrismHR customers through outreach and events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advance opportunities and resolve blockers.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product positioning and campaigns.
