Qualifications

• Must obtain Alabama Property & Casualty license (License Assisted Provided).
• Must obtain an Alabama Life & Health license (License Assisted Provided).
• Must be coachable, willing to learn, and able to follow guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Career‑minded with a desire for long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with an experienced Farmers® Agent to learn day‑to‑day agency operations
• Help clients with various types of insurance needs, including quotes and policy support
• Learn the basics of agency management, sales, and marketing
• Follow a clear development path that can lead to agency ownership
