Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Alabama Property & Casualty license (License Assisted Provided).
• Must have or be willing to obtain Alabama Life & Health license (License Assisted Provided).
• Must be coachable, willing to learn, and able to follow guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Career-minded with a desire for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with an experienced Farmers Agent to learn day-to-day agency operations.
• Help clients with various types of insurance needs, including quotes and policy support.
• Learn the basics of agency management, sales, and marketing.
• Follow a clear development path that can lead to agency ownership.
