Job summary

Zack Barker State Farm is seeking a receptionist to join our Ohio office. You will greet clients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and support the team with administrative tasks while discussing insurance options with customers.

A successful candidate is organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable with basic sales conversations. Flexible to part-time or full-time, with growth potential and a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
