Summary: The Insurance Follow-Up Representative is responsible for achieving follow-up success by proactively managing insurance accounts, resolving outstanding authorizations, and ensuring timely and accurate account updates to support departmental goals and patient satisfaction.

The Insurance Authorization Representative will report to the Pre-Authorization Manager and will be responsible for working a set number of claims each day. Claim type may vary from verification to pre-authorization. Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
