Job summary

Brandon Jones - State Farm Agent is seeking a team member to support daily operations, nurture customer relationships, and bridge customer needs with agency departments. Qualifications

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

• Proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred (or SIE, 6, 63, and 65).
• 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
• Proactively market relevant insurance products and services to customers.
• Contribute to daily operations and customer service in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.
