State Farm Agent Team Member in Hybrid - US seeks outgoing, customer-focused individuals to join a State Farm independent contractor office. You will build relationships and educate customers about insurance options, while developing a digital marketing system for the office.

You will establish leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote products. Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus, plus benefits such as PTO and parental leave.

• Self-motivated with proactive work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Series 6 and 63 (must be able to obtain).
