James Bild - State Farm Insurance Agent seeks a Registered Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member in a full-time hybrid US role. You will deliver prompt, friendly service, explain insurance options, and help grow the agency through value-based conversations and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing products. Compensation is salary plus commission/bonus with profit sharing, paid time off, and strong growth

Formación

• Sales experience preferred and proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to present to customers.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products for everyday life.
• Property and Casualty license and Life & Health license obtainable.
• Series 6 and 63 obtainable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance options and billing.
• Educate customers using a needs-based review process.
• Work with the agent to meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
