Brandon Jones State Farm Agent is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join a growing agency team in Hendersonville, NC. You will build customer relationships and promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance, while learning what it takes to operate as a State Farm Agent.

Responsibilities include needs-based education, marketing goals, and developing leads with the agent to drive sales. Flexible hours and potential for advancement are offered within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and track record of meeting sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to obtain required licenses (P&C, Life & Health)

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
