• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant prior to distribution.
• Generate shipping labels and confirm addresses match records.
• Process requests to release, hold, or destroy contracts per guidelines.
• Investigate scanning discrepancies and data mismatches.
• Coordinate address verification with internal partners and escalate as needed.
• Document reasons for returned mail and create labels for rerouted contracts.
• Sort and organize contracts by office or network groups; monitor supplies.
