Qualifications

• Established insurance defense litigation experience.
• Portable book of $100,000 preferred.
• Strong business development and practice-building skills.
• Interest in long-term succession and leadership.
• Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters and client relationships.
• Transition and take over a retiring partner's practice.
• Build and grow their own client base.
• Meet billable hours targets: 1600 in 1 year, 1700 thereafter.
