Job summary

Alliance Consulting in Concord, New Hampshire seeks an experienced Insurance Defense litigator to join as a Non-Equity Partner. The role offers a path to leadership and succession, with a preferred portable book of business of $100,000+ and a start base salary of $125,000–$145,000.

The incoming partner will lead established defense matters and help transition a retiring partner's practice over several years, while developing client relationships and a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Established insurance defense litigation experience.
• Portable book of business of $100,000+ preferred.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships.
• Strong business-development and practice-building capabilities.
• Interest in long-term practice succession and leadership.
• Ability to assume increasing responsibility for a retiring partner's practice.
• Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• The incoming partner will join an established insurance defense litigation practice with a long-term leadership role.
• Assist in the planned transition of a retiring partner's practice over the next several years.
• Candidates with an existing $100,000+ book of business are preferred and will be well positioned to combine their practice with the succession opportunity.
