Job summary

WiseLex BPO in Concord, NH seeks an experienced attorney for an Insurance Defense Litigation Non-Equity Partner role. The incoming partner will join an established practice and lead a planned succession of a retiring partner while growing their own client relationships.

Responsibilities include independently managing cases, building relationships, and driving business development. A portable book of business and active NH bar admission are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Portable book of business of $100,000+ preferred.
• Independently manage litigation files with a focus on succession and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Case & Practice Management: Independently manage litigation matters and client relationships within an established insurance defense practice.
• Succession & Leadership: Take over responsibilities from retiring partners as part of a multi-year transition plan.
• Business Development: Drive practice-building and client development alongside transition workloads.
