Responsibilities

• Join an established insurance defense litigation practice.
• oversee a planned transition of a retiring partner's practice over several years while continuing to build own client relationships.
• Meet billable hours targets (1,600 minimum in year one, 1,700 thereafter).
• Participate in origination and receipts bonuses as described.
