Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned matters from initial case assessment and investigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, pleadings, motions, memoranda and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, mediations, and EUOs when applicable.
• Analyze legal and factual issues and develop effective case strategies.
