Qualifications

• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Sound judgment and confidence handling substantive litigation responsibilities.

An established law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join its Boston team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who can step into an active caseload, work independently, and manage insurance defense matters with confidence from start to finish.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, full benefits, and an annual billable requirement of 1,800 hours.

• Manage insurance defense cases from initial evaluation through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
