Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for roles in Worcester, MA, Boston MA, or Hartford, CT. The position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $170,000 per year and a hybrid work schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of litigation experience and MA/CT bar admission. The firm emphasizes mentorship, a broad civil defense practice, and long-term growth across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied litigation caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents and product liability.
• Gain meaningful courtroom and deposition experience
• Participate in trial preparation and assist with trial strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Work directly with experts
• Attend site inspections
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions
• Receive ongoing mentorship, skills training and shadowing opportunities
