Job summary

Jobot seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join our growing team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of cases, from investigation through appeal, with a focus on insurance defense matters.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, active Pennsylvania bar, and 2+ years of litigation experience, including depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Excellent communication and ethics are essential.

Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active PA bar in good standing.
Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
Proven experience handling depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Responsibilities

Manage all litigation stages from investigation through appeal.
Develop litigations strategies and draft legal documents.
Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Provide clients with legal advice and explain rights and obligations.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop defense strategies and work independently as needed.
Stay current on trends in insurance defense litigation.
