The successful candidate will have a JD, Florida Bar admission, and at least 3 years of litigation experience, with strong writing and analytical abilities to advise clients and develop trial-ready strategies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; senior level considered.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various Insurance Defense litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
