Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in applicable state(s).
• Ability to handle hearings, trials, and dispositive motions.
• Strong writing, oral advocacy and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply litigation strategies for cases with low to moderate complexity.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and related documents.
• Attend court events, depositions, and hearings.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insureds and claim partners.
