You will provide proactive case handling, collaborate with partners, and use technology and case management systems to deliver optimal results for insured clients.

The role emphasizes strong legal research, persuasive writing, and the ability to travel as required to support business needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
Experience independently handling cases from inception through trial/hearing & appeal.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
Fosters collaborative relationships to deliver exceptional customer service.
Persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong legal research and ability to utilize technology.
Multitasking with attention to detail and responsiveness.
Negotiation skills and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and apply litigation skills to try cases or negotiate resolutions.
Conduct legal research and produce persuasive writing and presentations.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other documents.
Attend court events, depositions and appointments independently.
Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
