SR Staffing is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join a respected litigation law firm in Atlanta, GA. The attorney will manage all phases of litigation, draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, and take/defend depositions, gaining meaningful courtroom exposure.

Qualifications include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active Georgia Bar admission, with experience in depositions, motion practice, and case management.

• Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
• Monthly billable-hour bonus incentive.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from case intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Communicate directly with insured clients, claims representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Evaluate medical, employment, and other non-party records.
• Prepare case evaluations, liability assessments, and exposure analyses.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other litigation-related matters.
