Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Proven experience in depositions, motions, and mediation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of insurance defense and will have a proven track record of successfully representing clients in depositions, motions, and mediation. The candidate should be adept at managing a heavy caseload and be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
