Jobot is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for a fully remote role based in California. The attorney will handle a diverse insurance defense caseload, provide strategic legal advice, and draft and negotiate essential documents within a high-performing firm on the Central Coast and Southern California.

6. Strong mediation skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally and effectively.
7. Exceptional legal consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professional and ethical standards.
