Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Trial Attorney for a nationwide insurer to join the in-house litigation team. The role focuses on evaluating lawsuits, developing defense strategies, and guiding cases through trials and arbitrations.

You will handle policyholder communications, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations while maintaining high standards of written and verbal communication. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the CA or TX bar.
• At least 1 year of insurance defense litigation.
• Must have insurance defense experience, ideally automobile, personal injury, and premises liability.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a demanding workload and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
