We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely for a high-profile legal firm that specializes in insurance defense. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including civil litigation, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, auto accident liability, construction liability, and institutional liability. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial preparation.
• 2. Developing strategies to effectively represent our clients in complex litigation matters.
• 3. Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• 4. Conducting and defending depositions.
• 5. Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.
• 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
• 7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in insurance law and related areas.

Qualifications:
